i4U provides a range of hosting packages to suit the needs of all our different clients – from single websites to dedicated client servers.
i4U have their own Systems Administrators and support staff who design, build and maintain our servers and facilities for our clients. We do not employ the use of cPanel, Plesk or other similarly restrictive systems to host your web and email needs in a 'set and forget' manner. Our clients are looked after on a daily basis by real people, just as our data centre is monitored 24/7 for any external or internal problems.
i4U hosting packages are a guide and each client receives custom solutions based on one of the following packages.

- Terms: Monthly or Annually - 3 months in advance with initial setup.
The Mail Only Hosting is useful for clients who are starting a new web presence and require email while design and development are in process. Email Service: Full - 15 mailboxes, unlimited aliases/forwards, automatic spam and virus filtering.
Domain parking is suitable for clients with similar names or domains with various TLD's (top level domains) for their domain (eg: .com.au, .com, and .org etc). Parked domains are generally aliased in both web and mail services allowing clients to use a central website and email platform that will answer to all incoming requests regardless of name or TLD. Parked domains can also have separate mail setups if required, although aliasing is generally more efficient.
Terms: Domain Alias Parking incurs no ongoing monthly fees. Setup fees and annual maintenance do apply.

*SSL - clients are required to provide or purchase SSL certificates to support SSL services for their domain. Except for sites that use the i4U designed shopping cart system in which a shared SSL certificate may be used.
